Does anyone know the default login credentials for using telnet (via IP address) to log into a Call Pilot?

Call Pilot 150 SW version 1.0. It is installed at a bank and they are concerned about hackers getting in through the telnet connection which is apparently active by default. I can't even find the user name and password to login via telnet, let alone shut it off. Any suggestions?

It is active but only on the RS232 port and not the LAN port.
