Callers hear ringing while leaving message for recipient

MM 5.2 with Exchange storage - CM 5.2; callers intermittently reporting they hear ringing while they are leaving a message for someone.  The recipient gets a clear voicemail message though.  Anyone expereience this?

Is this after they hit 0 or does the call just cover ?

If it is after they hit 0 it sounds like it is doing a conf call with something else. Is you transfer set to full ?

Hum not sure then have you ever heard it or is this something that only outside callers are reporting ?

If you can reproduce it then you should be able to trace it on the PBX side or turn the SIP trace on in the MM and see what it is ringing to.

I have heard it during testing...but cannot recreate it.  It happens with internal and external calls.  We are planning to load the latest SP so maybe that will take care of it.
