Hi All,

I have a BCM400 4.0 and can log into the system both remotely & locally however when I try to view/create login accounts the box where they show is completely blank and I cannot see anything, even the account I logged in with.

Any Ideas?

Advanced thanks to any who reply.

Kind regards

Paper clip reboot. The HD needs to update. Are there any flashing lights on front of BCM?

Already tried a paper clip reboot and no the lights are in a solid Green state.

Bit of a strange one this, it lets me add new accounts but does not show anything so I am unable to assign rights...

Thanks

Do you know what the lasted patch installed was or are you unable to view anything and maybe try to update JAVA on your pc, worth a shot?

I've had this problem a couple of years ago on a customers BCM 400 V4 system. The only account I could use is the default "nnadmin" one. I've actually provided two new account's yet they don't appear anywhere. I've done BCM reboots, restored the accounts to default etc.

I've left it now, but would have to suspect that I have some account corruption on the BCM and therefore would in future need to have a backup and use another / replacement disk.

All the best

If it's working, then leave it alone!.

Thanks for the input all,

Think I'll try loading the latest patches 1st to see if that resolves the issue and if that fails replace the hard drive and restore from a backup.

I'll let you know how I get on.

Cheers
