We have 1120 type sets that are connected to SRG and have been able to program them up with no issues. Now that we have run out of BCM ports we are just programming sets without using SRG. Since getting a new batch from a different supplier we notice that set comes up asking for a Login ID ...Avaya password...never had that before. Is there a way to change that or do we have to return sets.Doing a reset makes no difference.
Thanks

Have you tried using just a digit "1"?.

All the best

Try doing a factory reset to the IP phone.

On the dialpad type:

** renew, then the actual mac address, then ##

Like I said in my original post....factory reset makes no difference. I'm thinking it's a firmware difference with these sets.
Thanks

SETNNA (738662) OK

ENTER PASSWORD CONFIG (266344) OK

I get that login message with the SIP 1120e sets.  Are you operating SIP or Unistim?

Yes apparently these sets have the wrong firmware...we are being sent a file that will be able to be downloaded so we can correct it.
Thanks
