Do toplevel, getOpenFile, popup, menues, etc work on DOS ?

You need Windows to run wish, which is the Tk shell.

I didn't try the software, but as I read on the link given above it isn't Tcl/Tk for DOS but Tcl without Tk. Instead of Tk it seems to support PDCurses toolkit.
