how to add a new network to eigrp

hi...

I have a Cisco Router with eigrp configured (previously) as follows:

router eigrp 100
network 192.168.0.0
network 192.168.5.10 0.0.0.3

i configured an interface for that network with the following IP 10.0.5.0, but how to add it to the eigrp to be advertised to other Routers.

note : am that expert in Cisco, still crawling.

Router1> enable
Router1# config t
Router1(config)# router eigrp 100
Router1(config-router)#network 10.0.0.0
Router1(config-router)#exit
Router1(config)# exit
Router1#wr mem
