How do I configure SIPX to Dial IP Office?

Hi,

I'm playing with SipXecs in my lab office and I can't manage to Dial an IP Office extension from SipX. I could dial a SipX extension from IP Office but not the other way around. I know there a problem with my configuration. I never played with SIPx before so it's my first. I looked at the Dial plan of SipX and I have no idea how to program it so I could dial an IP Office extension. Any help will greatly appreciated.

Thank You
Benjamin

Sounds more like a question for some SipX folks really, the IP Office isn't the issue here smile

post a trace of the call attempt to the sipx thingy.  this will tell you why it isn't accepting the call.  do you know how to do a sip trace?

Is it linked as a trunk? If so you may need to do incoming call routing depending on IP Office configuration of the trunk smile
