O.K. I give up
how do I find anything usable on the new site.

I cannot locate any of the latest downloads fro either V8 or V7 (just the V7.0.27 admin suite & earlier)

You mean the new support site i think smile
I always go to downloads and documents.
Then i type IP Office and select it.
Then i choose the release i need and i can select for 8.0

In the chance of possibly offending someone I would say that it really sucks. Try finding user guides for different voicemails and phones.

You are right, it is not very friendly.
No more release dates and not very clear what release you see until you really open it.

Download the docs CD(s) and use that/those, quicker and easier for getting manuals and user guides etc and all offline smile

I use the IP Office Knowledge base for user guides. I like it. I am undecided on the new support site though.

It's almost unusable for me... I'm using IE8 and Firefox, and I can see the complete text for any item in the downloadarea (e.g. it says Administration suite 7.0... with the rest of the digits cut off), and the date columns is completely missing.

Not sure how I'm supposed to find anything. Called in to complain, nice offshore person said that they've had a bunch of complaints about it, but internally it looks fine. No idea if theyre trying to fix it.

sigh
