We have a Mitel 3300 4.1, having trouble with transferring from one dept. to another. The calls are being kicked back to the originating dept., I have changed the " no answer recall timer " in COS from default to 36. My question is what is max on timer, I cannot seem to find it in documentation.
           Thanks in advance

Unless of course you are using supervised transfer....when you need to change that timer to be longer than the CFNAT.

Where are you looking in the documentation?

In the help files - under COS - under option No Ans Recall timer - it says:

Quote:

Enter a value in the range of "0" to "125" seconds in increments of one second. This timer defines the length of time a transferred call rings another station before a recall to the transferring station, attendant console, or embedded voice mail Auto Attendant is attempted.
