I have a senario where someone calls in AA answers they dial extension 226 which rings over head
paging.
What the issue is, 226 needs to ring indefinite, but after 7 rings ithe vm port picks up and sas the person you are trying to reach is unavailable. Re direct is set to N.
How do I turn that off or make 226 ring longer. 226 does not have voicemail.

Thanks everyone!

Look at delayed ring transfer to prime you can set to no and transfer recall timer set to 12 rings is the max.

What is it that you're trying to achieve with 226 ringing indefinitely??? As ironhorse says, you can set DRT to prime (N) but you are still limited w/ your ring count...

Also make sure that your voicemail ports do not have access to telco trunks.

Thanks for pointing that out. I should check the date more often.
