Hello,

We get the folowwing error message when we connect a public folder with contacts to PIM:

Unified Communicator Advanced can not communicate with your pim. make sure your PIM is configured correctly.

Can somebody help me to solve this problem?

Kind regards.

Maybe if you gave the software levels of UCA, 3300 and what you are using for a PIM.

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.

Thank you for you reaction.

Here is the information you asked for:

PIM: Microsoft Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2007
Unified Communicator Advanced: 2.016

Don't no how to check the version of the mitel controller!

Kind regards.
