Like Parameters Year = 2011 and Period = 11
   Then This YEAR This YEAR THIS MONTH NEED TO SHOW,Year = 2011 AND  Period = 10-9   
Last YEar This MONTH  need to show , Year = 2011 and Period = 10-9     
        "This Year This MONTH"  "LAST year This MOnth " "Variance"

10000S   10000                  4000                     6000
10000R   9000                   5000                     4000
10000T   8000                   3000                     5000
10000K   7000                   1000                     6000

This is not clear. You seem to want to show the previous two periods based on a selected period, but I'm not following the "this year this month" in relation to the parameters.

What are the actual fields used for your sample data or are these formulas or? How does the sample relate to the parameter selection?

Please provide more explanation overall.

Data base having year and month and one GL Code and Amount Filed
In the Cross Tab iam looking ,
Colunm1 " This Year and This Month" ( means April 2012)
and also i want " Last YEAR This Month"( April 2011)
And variance of This Year This MOnth - Last year This mOnth

Please advice me how to archive it

Please explain how the crosstab is currently set up: row, column, and summary fields (and type of summary). Then also show the fields you are working with and identify the datatype if it is not obvious. Do you have an actual date field? Or do you only have year and period fields? Is there an actual period identified as 10-9?

Will the crosstab always compare only two periods or are you really looking for a comparison of current year/previous year for multiple periods?
