Help with NexVortex - Will not register

I recently signed up with NexVortex.
Our phone system will not register with them.
We are using Comcast, D Link Dir825 , NECDSX phone system with Voip module.
Even though we have forwarded ports 5060 UDP and RTP 1024 - 1215 to the phone system IP address, it still will not register.

We also use Norton Internet Security app.

Any ideas from anyone?
