How do you make a single line port Dial straight out on a line instead of dialing "9"

On the slt extension dial 742 enter line access code (9) then #
To turn on dial 741 to cancel dial 740

You might want to change the hotline/ pickup dial timer to 0 in main program. Can't remember code but it's in the 200 range
