I purchased some training a few years ago from GK and was told it was good forever until I activated it. I called my sales rep and he agreed.......until I demanded the product be activated so I could use it. I tried to activate it and they told me too bad. They had changed systems and no longer provided updated product.
I sent them the original purchase order and receipt and they told me they have no way to check it out, so it is my problem.
This was BCM and Call Pilot training so I thought I would mention it here.
Can anyone suggest better training for BCM and CallPilot?

Guess that depends on where you are but given that this product is being discontinued it might be difficult to find a place that still offers it.

True, why would they offer training on a more or less dead product.

i tend to agree,im sure if you contact a local vendor they can provide you training (we do)

but not sure if you can still get nortel certified

From what I understand they still offer training, they just restructured their system.

I am only concerned that they sold a product with a life time guarantee (until activated) and now refuse to honor the guarantee or replace the product with credit.
The most annoying problem is that they claim that since GK has lost the records, even though I provided copies, there is nothing they can do.
The certs don't matter but standing behind a product whatever it may be should mean something.
I guess they won't last as long as an MICS.
