Hi, I have created a separate Happy Hour menu and submenu that needs to fire Monday through Friday from 3-6pm.

In the events I created a (7) event that fires the HH menu daily at 3 and an additional event that fires the normal menu back at 6pm.

I also created events to fire the normal menus at 3pm on Saturday and Sunday to make sure the happy hour menu gets over ridden on the weekends. Is this the best way to fire a special menu on Monday through Friday or would you set weekly events for each day of the week? Thank you.

This is for the Aloha POS version 6.4. Thanks

If you are not going to have HH on the weekends, why create the event?

@mbutler what is the best practice for only having the event fire the menus Monday through Friday? The only options I see are a weekly event that you have to specify the individual day of the week or a daily event that occurs every single day of the week.
Thanks on advance.

You can do it either way; I prefer to fire it daily, then have a separate event to kill it on the weekend.  This gives you a total of four events.  You would need ten events if you set up weekly events by day.

@balloon172 Thanks for the reply! That is exactly how I have it set up.
