Help with installation of a SLC8 card on a KX-TDA15

Hi all,

Nice to meet you all.

Could someone with some experience of the panasonic KX-TDA15 give me some help with a SLC8 card?

I have everything working fine,  I have installed and programmed the analogue CO card, I also installed the door intercom card, and the CID card.

Now the problem I have is this,  when I put in the SLC8 card it's not showing in the slots menu of the Maintenance Console?

Normally when I put a new card in it just shows up in there already,  I have tried to manually install the card with the drag and drop approach but that does not do anything and when I click on summary it just says pre-installed.

Also while I am on the subject of the panasonic KX-TDA15 could someone tell me how to make the caller ID for the doorphone show up on DECT handsets?  it shows up fine on the digital phones but it just has "incoming call"  on the handset (however it is identified with extra rings (3))

Update:

I took out the card gave it a clean and re-inserted and it is now working.

But if anyone knows how to make the dect phones show the door entry card ID that would be great.

The dect phones all show the extension numbers.

But they will not show the door entry card.

In your stati0n settings (portable) can you select what the display wil show, when a call is ringing, menu 4.2.1 tab option 5, incoming call display. You also need to assign a name in the menu 5.1 doorphone.
