Hello everybody,

I have Site A with 10 Dect Base Station with F/W 4.1.30 already running.(provisionning mode)

And i have site B across the street with 8 new V2 Base Station with F/W 5.0.11

Ok now, when i connect to my master base and i go to the "device overview" tab, i see all my base station on site A connected and on site B in the "unitialized registration"

I see they are connected, but when i click on the "add" to sync with master, nothing happens..

Is it because they are not at the same F/W version that i have this problem?

Or the base station on site B are to far from the Master base on site A?
Its running on IPO500 V2 7.0(23)
Thanks for any help!

Upgrade to 7..0.31 and upgrade the base stations to 5.0.xx
Then you are ankle to connect them.

Is it easier to downgrade the V2 base station to 4.1.30??
It`s says in the release note that they are backward compatible so..what do you think tlteper?

There no firmware for that version.
The lowest 5.0.9
But you can try upgrading the base stations to 5.0.11 and leave the IPO on the current version.
I do not think it is depending on a certain IPO software level.

Ok so i will upgrade the base station without upgrading the IPO and see if it works.
But can you tell me wy in the IP Dect Folder there is IP Base Station 1 and 2?
