Try 8082 and what software version are you running your IP403 on? have you tried the delta server?

What reporting software are you using?
If you are pulling stats from a 403 you will need to be running Delta server, then the rest is program dependant.

I have not installed the Delta server, how and where I can download?

It is part of the Admin set.
You can download it on AVAYAs website

I assume you are running the latest version of 3.0DT or have you a rare DS?
