5420 and EU24 problems

Problem with users on EU24 not being underlined when on call. This problem started 1 week ago. There are 4 different 5420s/EU24s where this problem is occuring. There is 1 5420 and EU24 where the feature is working correctly.

Swapped EU24s and 5420s to test hardware. Rebooted system multiple times. Programming is basic, Action:User Action Data:User Name

Has anyone encountered this problem or have any ideas on how to troubleshoot? Thanks.

Eu24s also showing users on call when they are not. After power cycling the EU24, the underlines dissapear properly.

Manager also has errors:

The number of connected DSS buttons modules exceeds the permitted limit.

EU24 modules count exceeds maximum limit of 8 for an IP Office

If there are "labels" on the buttons and a username is changed it seems to screw the thing up, or used to... try re-labeling the buttons.
