External Number Masking

Guys
I'm running CCM4 and cannot seem to get external number masking working.
I only require it for a single extension.
I've tried Masking in the Directory Number Page, in Route Pattern Config and Route List Detail, but it still dispays the main DDI.
Am I missing something, or is my service providor over-riding it ?

Hi,

Callmanager Forum is the right place for your question, but you maybe right with your thought, the service provider might be overiding your cli.
