Line cut and Robotics voice

2 LSP site connect to the Main Site.

I have made test call with ext to ext
 
Lsp site to Main site de voice is prefect

but when i use the DID number there is Robectic Voice and Drop call on the both the site.

I have checked

Display alarm - No alarm
all the ip phone are registered to Clan
no alarm in DS1 Card
i have reported to operator

What else can i do save de opps

run a trace on the calls , also what codec and network region are you using between the sites?

This is your problem but you will have to look up these error codes try google on the cm error code document ..soryy im just leaving the office so dont have time to check.


denial event 1220: Recovery on timer expiry D1=0x8b03 D2=0x66

denial event 1164: ISDN no cause value  D1=0x8b03 D2=0x
