ACCPAC 5.5A

Run workstation setup - gives an error dialog along the way:

"Failed to create XML DOM"

Click OK - setup continues on and eventually gives successfully completed message.

Able to bring up ACCPAC desktop - click on any function (like Customers)- receive error:

"Exception: Common desktop COM interface failure"

msxml6.msi is installed

Only on this one workstation...

Help...???

Same OS as 3 other workstations...

Previously:
1) uninstalled WSSetup
2) uninstalled msxml6.msi
3) reinstalled msxml6.msi
4) reinstalled WSSetup

Same sequence of issues...

Some other program is interfering, or it's a corrupt registry.  Reinstall XP.
