Using a valcomV 2904 4 door system with a Partner ACS

I have a customer we took over maintenance last week and they Have a valcom V2904 door answering system connected to their Partner system.. yesterday the ACS had power issue and all programming was gone. I was able to recover most of the programming the only thing I can not to work is the door phone..

I beleive it is using a trunk port for a connection but, that is about all I can know.. I try programming with #604 and #605 but no luck.

Any help on programming this would be appreciated

604 & 605 is for the partner door phone, your valcom is probably using line ports , #301, or #603 Hotline

If it is using a line port, just program that line onto the phones.

I am thinking your right about #301.. they have a button that is marked door call on all the phones and I am thinking it is a line/trunk 4 which the door unti is using.

I will try remove line that is now on that button from the power outage and replace with trunk 4..

yeah the valcom uses a trunk port and when they answer it can sound a tone to signal which door is pressing the button (2 beeps for door 2). they can also open the door.

Thanks for all the responses.
It turned out that it was 301# and I had to move the line to correct button..
