thread798-1520030: Option 11C programming help needed

I am trying to forward a phone that has an ACD configured on Key 0 of a 3904 set.  The phone set up is

Key 0 - ACD
Key 1 - NRD
Key 2 - MSB
Key 3 - DNB
Key 4 - Rollover DNB
Key 5
Key 6 - ACN

LHK - 4
Key 19 - CFW

CFXA

Key 7 - DNB for another phone in group
Key 8 - DNB for another phone in group

Bottom line - I have an ACD phone (the ACD is never used) with other lines configured on the phone.  I need to be able to forward to the cell phone and cannot.  I get an error 404.  Thanks.

did you try to forward to an internal number (another users extension first, just to confirm it works for you, before trying to forward to outside number)
and what was the result if you did?

Yes, we actually created an ACD in LD23 to forward to and it is not working for these 3 extensions.  That set up is working for our other extensions.  Over the past year or so, we have had several of our staff change from internal to working remotely.

try a PHantom 500 with a DCFW to the cell number

I would like to know what "I get an error 404" means.

Do you mean ERR0404 or SCH0404, or HTML Error 404 smile

so what scenarios work and don't?

not 100% sure now, what works and does not work....

can you press the CFW key and type in the number and it gets accepted?

keep in mind by default, most systems DID trunks have NCOS 0 to prevent toll fraud, so when setting up external calls to be forwarded to an OUTSIDE number, usually you want to use the NCOS of the forwarding phone, that requires CFF in CLS of phone (or CDB if system wide) so maybe try that?

Can you give a complete print of the phone so we can see what we are looking at?

If the poster is seeing ERR0404, that is "No default tree exists".  This is more than a phone issue.

I was geeting this same error, when trying to access a trunk from a IP1220 set. I could dial the trunk access code ok and got dialtone, but as soom as I started entering digits to dial the number the ERR0404 appeard in the CS1000. Changed the NCOS to 0 and the CLS to UNR and it works now and I can dial across the trunk. But... I'm not sure what is going on or why this fixed it.
Anyone have any ideas on this?

Change your CLS to UNR and it should fix the problem.
