Can the lines ring on the loudspeader paging system for nite service? If so how is it programmed.

You'll need a paging amplifier with an input for ringing.

You need an adjunct device which you plug into an ACS extension. Then use night service to ring to that extension by adding it to the night service group. The Viking PA2A is a good choice.
