Hi , i have another question
1. incoming call route to x310 this is Menu Node
2. into menu node i have more chance
3. press 1 goto x390
4. press 2 goto x391
5. press 3 goto x392
6. press 5 goto external call

How can make outgoing call from Autoattendant ?

You want to get option 6 to work i.e allow people to make calls via the autoattendant or do you want to send callers to a particular number?

If its just to a particular number you could use a speed dial. If its to allow anyone hitting your autoattendant to then dial out

1). That is insane.
2). I think my point is made in item one.

Sure what the hell just setup 6 to dial 9 and then the people can dial anywhere.

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.

Hi LoopyLou ,

I must send call to a specific numer example 0-334xxxxxx

But if i try to configure at position 6 speeddial number , return error , must be mailbox !!!

setup up speed call. Setup a transfer only mailbox that matches the number of the speed call. Put in the speed dial as the extension for the mailbox. REcord a short message for the transfer only mailbox of "please hold" That should work.

- speedcall 6299 to 0334xxxxx
