LIK-MFIM100 - Why can't I call internal SLT extensions?!?Helpful Member!

I am new to the LIK series and I've pored over the manual and Google, but I still can't manage to dial local extensions (i.e. 111 from 120). The SLT room phones can dial 0 and reach atttendant phone and dial long distance. I hope you gurus can help me see the errors in my ways.

***Running - MFIM/VD95N-5.5Df JUN/11
***Numbering Plan 1
***Room phones are wired to SLTM32
***All stations are COS 1 (so are CO lines for now)
***When I dial internal extension ([Pickup phone and dial 111, for example) I get fast busy tone
***IP phones can call SLT room phones

Your help is greatly appreciated.

Hi Nathan

Make sure you have checked in both of these rooms and also make sure that 'room to room enable' is activated for both rooms.  Both of these features are activated off the main attendant.

Good luck

Eats,

Thanks very much. I can't wait to try this and report back.

Eats,

Thanks very much for the guidance. Since this hotel doesn't use the check-in feature, I checked in all of the rooms. Then, I assigned them all to the 00 group and voila, all the SLT phones can dial one another.

Thanks again for the great advice. And restored sanity.
