Anyone hit the new support site yet? When I use IE I get the new site. I still get the old site when using Mozilla.

I would really like to know what you think of it.

I like it for the most part.

It's obviously geared toward the customer managing their own cases and providing quicker/easier access to docs, downloads and important stuff like PLDS/RFA.

It's much easier to search for documents and downloads now.


The downside is that by making this easier for us to resolve our own problems .. it makes it easier for them to reduce staff. I'm former Avaya and I have a lot of good friends who either have been laid off or are in danger of it so this isn't all peaches and cream. Although I realize it's business.
