Hello,

I have a BCM50 release 6.0

My SIP trunk provider is Voip.ms

My SIP trunks are working perfectly.
I have 6 SIP trunk licenses and have the 6 of them working fine in the BCM.

Here is my problem.

I keep recieving these alarms from the BCM.

Alarm 51104 Major
SIP registration failed for SIP user XXXXXX SIP domain montreal.voip.ms

Check your network connectivity.  Check your DNS Configuration.  Verify your SIP user account configuration.  Check SIP Authentication tab of IP trunking page for latest registration status and error code.  Contact your SIP trunking service provider for further troubleshooting.

The problem is when these alarms happens I loose my SIP trunks for about a minute the time that registration reconnects.

Once it reconnects I get the 51105 alarm.  The 51105 alarm is SIP registration recovered for SIP user XXXXXX domain montreal.voip.ms
This can happen 4 times in one day and then skip for three days and start all over again...
Can someone help!
