Trying to scheduled monthly FTP backups....hangs after last 2 steps:

11. Enter a name for the report for this backup job in the Report File Name box. This report contains the results of the backup process and is stored in the same folder as the backup.


12. Click the Submit button.

Then the status window shows "Backup processing. Please Wait"
Bottom bar shows BRU is Processing, Please wait.
It just sits there forever.

When I click the Scheduled tab it does not show my input as scheduled.

Cant even get Remote to work either, and local to E....not enough disk space.
This means simply these 2 BCM's cannot be backed up.

You might have to use Telnet and delete some of the old CDR logs to create some disk space?.

Win 7 it was!, I keep forgetting their is a laptop beside me for a reason.... old stuff!!!.

FTP - scheduled ok

Will schedule some cleanup via putty on those CDR files.
