Yes!
Make sure that the ICFUP; shows:
MESSAGE WAITING FUNCTION "ALL".
If it shows NONE, the no MWI will work.
To set it: ICFUC:MWF=ALL; or ICFUC:MWF=ALL,IFCIND=x;
Also check you messaging systems if the actually sends MWI.

Try a restart of units ILNP & MEW in the Lim.

as said, check the voicemail is sending MWI itself by looking at traces in voicemail and MD110.

Also try a restart of FIP, MWP and NIP in the LIM, where the NIU is situated. A restart af DIM and DIR in the LIMs vhere these programs are situated, could also help.

Looks nice - from here.
What if you send the command ICUPI;.
If it says "UPDATING IS RUNNING" then locate the programs DIM and DIR and restart them.
This could be the problem.

Locate programs.
CNPIP:UNIT=DIM&DIR;

Restart programs:
RFPUI:UNIT=DIM,LIM=X;
RFPUI:UNIT=DIR,LIM=X;

Also post the ALLOP; and IOIFP;

The commend dose not work

ICUPI:IFCIND=0

ORDERED

Then:

Locate programs.
CNPIP:UNIT=DIM&DIR;

Restart programs:
RFPUI:UNIT=DIM,LIM=X;
RFPUI:UNIT=DIR,LIM=X;
