I want to weld some artistic text to a brush stroke underneath. I can weld 2 words together. But I can't weld brush strokes to anything. Do I need to convert brush strokes to something first? Thanks, all.

How to weld a brush stroke to something else?

A basic brush stroke is an outline effect on a line and if viewed in wirframe you can see the line but not the brush stroke. Select the brushstroke/artistic media group - right click and select break artistic media apart - you should now be able to weld.
