I am new with micros BOH , need assistance as the server check out reports indicate a higher VOIDS amount and when i run a detail micros report for that server it shows a different amount, not sure if i am looking at the correct report, i need to know a detail report of the restaurant/server of all the voids, thx in advance

Check the date / time periods by each report. What are they? Please provide name of each report and time from - to.

What are you comparing. A revenue centre serving period report with a daily  system level void report? Or are you looking at a daily RVC report and comparing the totals there with the void / reason report?

What are the titles of the reports.

i am comparing a server report as it says total void 5 for $500 but when i print a foh report it indicates $48 total void so i need to justify what 5 items that were voided totaling $500 for that server, maybe i am looking at the wrong foh report
