I left my job two years ago and now they are getting around to changing the auto attendant messages that still have my voice. Dialing into the system admin used to be VM , *2#, 632, 632 to get to the "Sandy Samuelson" admin mailbox to change the opening greetings.
Now it doesn't seem to work even from my old extension. Not sure what to tell them...I have remote access to the VM and the phone system as I still make occasional changes for them. ANy ideas?
