Hey Everyone,

Is there any way to create user groups at the Admin level that are global for all users in UCA?

I would like to have specific groups of users (sales, service etc.)that automatically appear in everyones UCA.

Further, if possible i would like to be able to send mass messages to all users in a group. Possible?

I haven't been able to find a way to configure this...

Thanks!

Travis

I created a DCR for this kind of centralised functionality but so far no change.
All I can suggest is that you do the same.

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....
