Hi,

I have an issue registering Bluetooth headsets I hope you chaps can help me with.

I have a CX on MCD 5.0, running 5360 and 5330 handsets. The issue I'm having is that none of the bluetooth headsets we've ordered are registering. Connected the Bluetooth Module (PN 50006402), and also the headset and charging cradle bundle (PN 50005404) to the handsets, but nothing I do can get the two to see each other.

I've ran through the manual to make sure I'm doing things correctly (press the pairing button on the module for 5 secs, pressing the hookswitch button for 5 secs on the headset). The charger light on the cradle flashes, the respective blue LED's on the module and the headset flash as if they're looking to pair, but the process just times out. The handset does respond when the pairing button on the module is pressed btw. There are no other devices already registered either.

Is there anything I'm doing which is fundamentally wrong? Any help would be appreciated. I've even found a video on youtube which I'm following to the letter, but still no joy.

You are trying to use a DECT headset with a BT module. That won't work but the BT headsets should pair with the BT module.
