Hi Guys,

I've been setting up AWC on MAS in server only config with an MBG/WebProxy in the DMZ and all is working internally regarding the Audio and Web conferencing except the invitation email which only includes the internal IP address of the MAS and not the conf.company.com which I require.

Currently receiving:
To join the Web portion of the conference: http://10.2.0.155/call/0119676

Would like to receive:
To join the Web portion of the conference: http://conf.company.com/call/0119676

Any ideas how to amend this or where I have gone wrong?

External conferencing is not working due to a firewall issue with the two external IP's which is being rectified.

MAS - V2.0.36.0
AWC - V3.7.0.39

Cheers, Stephen.

Check the users browser to see if they are connecting via a shortcut to the internal IP address of the AWC.  Have them test by logging into the AWC on the external IP address.

They just click the http://10.2.0.155/call/0119676 and it connects them no problem however if you substitute the ip address in that link for the awc.company.com or external ip address, it does not work.

I should have been more clear.
Sorry.  My fault.
Go to the user that is setting up the meeting.
Check the link they're logging in to.

They are going to http://10.2.0.155/portal to setup the conf.

Have them try awc.company.com/

Going to that address comes up with the server manager login page for the MGB/web proxy server. I'm guessing that's incorrect?
