Hello everyone,
Currently on a S8800
R015x.02.1.016.4
current patch 18250

I am having an issue with using service observe.
I keep getting a denial event 1674.
Confirmed that the extension having this issue is set up exactly the same as the other extensions that are able to use this feature.
This 1 extension is getting this denial event and the others are not.

1674 Svc obsrvr/obsrvd COR dny Activate service observing feature. Activating
user's Class of Restriction (COR) does not allow
it to be a service observer of intended observed.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Thank you all,
CommoGuy101

Yes sir I did,
The thing is other extensions have this same COR and can observe the same person.

COR that is service observing has this set to yes.
Can Be Service Observed n
Can Be A Service Observer? y

COR of person being observed is set to yes for can be observed

try removing the station and re-adding by duplicating a station that you know works.
