Hi guys, never encountered this issue before. We have a client where the AA doesn't recognized the DTMF selection from incoming call via PRI. Out of 10x test call 40% fails. On system side no alarm is present on DSP.

Were thinking that maybe the Telco did some upgrades on their ISDN lines that may affect this but we're not sure yet.

This setup has also a sip trunk, however test calls to these trunks are successful so were stuck in PRI isolation.

BTW, DTMF is working for almost 8 months and no changes on pbx side during that period.

I think you answered your own question. Its the PRI.

I'd tell you a UDP joke but I'm afraid you won't get it. TCP jokes are the best because you always get them.

hi LoopyLou

particulary what settings on pri side should we raised before calling the telco?

Don't think there are any settings you need raised. Where exactly is the AA? What devices are you using to test? Cell phones are notoriously bad at given good DTMF tones. Do you know if its a particular digit that is the issue?
