I am looking to configure a Nortel BCM 400 4.0 PRI to Shoretel PRI. Could some one tell me what it takes to set up this particular installation, or white papers on the subject. Thanks.

You need to set the paramaeters on both boxes to use a protocol such as QSIG or DPNSS. The Nortel BCM cannot be the A end or master end depending on how your term the technology in other words it needed to clock from the other device.

I don't know much about shoretel product if it can use any of the above protocols you should be able to get bsic call functions between the sites.

Thanks,
Colin
