When logging in to the Softphone either on a MAC or PC.  I get the following error.

Accounts partially enabled. Some accounts have failed to be enabled.
Account: One-XPortal could not be enabled. Verify your server addresses or contact your administrator.

The basic Softphone still works.  I did some Diagnostic logging of Softphone and here is what it shows. I can use the One-Xportal from the web browser and it works OK.

Any help would be appreciated.

Tom

The firewall is OFF.  When I do a nslookup it sees the Xportal server.
What is XMPP and where would I turn it off...

My suggestion: take another look to IP Office Video Softphone Installation Manual.

Softphone works ok in Win XP, 2003 and 2008.
