PRI out dial timer ?

I have a customer that has complained about the new PRI service
returning fast busy too fast. If user dials 9,xxx, then pauses
to look at last 4 digits of number, re-order tone is returned in 3/4 seconds. I am not aware of any end of dial timer to adjust. Does any one have a fix or adjustment for this.

If you go to system programing, under dialing plan you will find dial timeout. Default is set to 4.

Thank you very much, have been working on Norstars a long time, just not much with PRI s,T1's etc. Chg dialing plan from 4 to 8 seems to have fixed it. You guys and forum are most valuable to " Geezer techs" like me. Have a great day.
 
Thanks to the forum techs for the input. I will have a much easier time getting the job done next time.
