I just start working in a Hospital and they have the call pilot 02.01.27 (old version) They lost the Cd's of installation so I can't access to the Application Builder to change a voice menu. I tried to get it with our vendor Ronco but they said they can't have it because is very old.
Does somebody know where I can get the installation CD? Any vendor?

        You have callpilot version 2.2 you can get a version from the Avaya espl if you have access to the site it is version 40404616a which is backword campatible with 2.2 if you have minimum service update 2 on your server now if not you would need the install cd or Ronco should be able to get it for you if you have maintenance with them. If not find a new vendor who will
