3COM HP NBX V3001 Memory Upgrade 3C10245 JD721A

(OP)
Like most things NBX-related this memory upgrade has been cancelled by HP/3COM, but I was able to track one down this week.  Upon opening the box I was surprised to discover the make and model of the RAM included in the 3COM 3C10245 (HP Part Number JD721A) kit.  It was a Kingston memory chip, model:

KVR333X64C25/512

Buying the official kit cost me ~$300 from a reseller, while spares of the same chip can be found on eBay for around $10!  Just wanted to share this information in case anyone ever needs this upgrade.
