Question regarding trunk and trunk groups

Good morning. I am a noob at pbx and telephony, but have a grasp on it. But my question is, i need to remove a trunk from a trunk group on our shoretel system and notice that i cannot do this. Is this where i should delete that trunk and start from scratch by creating a new trunk and a new group, or is shoretel server just needing a reboot. Thanks in advance

What kind of trunk is it? You should be able to do into individual trunks and delete it if it's an anlog trunk. If it's a PRI then I believe you can go onto the Shoretel T1 switch where it's allocated and just change the port to available.
