Hi all, I'm wondering if anyone has had "issues" with 2 Polycom CX600's logged in as the same user?  I have an executive with two offices at separate sites complaining of one-sided conversations on incoming calls where he can't hear the caller but they can hear him.  If he calls them back, all is good.  Thanks!

Is the problem only ever on one of the phones? What does Snooper say?

I have multiple phones all over my house, and multiple machines with headsets, and a cell phone with simulring and don't have this issue when answering from any of them.

Turns out it was an issue with how we were forwarding an old number to his Lync number via Nortel.  It was a phantom TN with FTR to the Lync number.  I outed it and built an ACD DN with NCFW to the Lync number it works no problem now.  I should have looked closer before posting to this Lync forum.  Sry.
