Access Point Isolation from wired network

Access Point Isolation from wired network

AT&T DSL router (not using built-in wireless) > Linksys WAP200 with 2 SSIDs - SSID1 and SSID2.  SSID1 is for internal users and SSID2 is for a public hotspot.  Wireless isolation BETWEEN SSIDs is turned on for both.

The question:
Can anybody tell me if the wired users on the ATT&T router would be able to see the computers on the public wireless network on the WAP200on (SSID2).  I'm guessing the answer is yes.

Maybe a VLAN is the ticket here.
