Watchguard X750E - Feature key slows down internet speed

Hi,

I have a question regarding a Watchguard X750E and hope that somebody knows the answer...

We have upgraded our internet speed from 10 Mbit to 50 Mbit, but it is still 10 Mbit.

We have tried several things and check every cable twice..

But when we make a new config file and upload it to our Watchguard, Internet speed is 50 Mbit. But when we enter the feature key.. its slows down to below 10 Mbit..

The config file is a standard new one without any other rules.

[ADDITIONAL INFORMATION]

- our PPoE line comes is connected/configured on interface port 0

We tried the following already:

- Checked at our ISP if the line is working right.
- We checked on every switch (Dell Powerconnects)if we reached the right speed, we saw that we had around the 50 Mbit (checked via speedtest.net)
- We configured an additional interface and connected a laptop to it to check speed, there it fails.
- Removed watchguard rules and checked speed again, speed keeps the same.
- started a new configuration, then the speed suddenly is around 50 Mbit.
- Added rules one by one and found out that all speed is hold back after adding the "Feature Key".
