Goldmine 6.7 Search by Company or Name function not working

When I go to search for a Company, Contact, etc  no window pops up as usual for the search

Hi,

Try renaming your username.ini file then log back in to GoldMine.

You will loose all of your preferences but it should sort the problem out.

Alternatively click on Window > Tile you may find the Search Centre that way.

My guess would be that it IS popping up, and that you are not seeing it because it is off screen.  On the GoldMine Menu go to Window | Cascade.  Saves losing all of your Preferences.
